user acounts

I remeber when I was setting up my main account on XP-pro
that I could make it private.....all the files all the
programs would be mine alone. I didn't do it and now I
need it....does anyone know how to change a profile to
make it private????????

Acutally I am having problems when non-admins sign on.

A lot of errors pop-up. I think it has something to do
with admin right..so I want to disable certain programs
from starting up when users log-on while all programs
start up when admins sign on
