how do you delete a user account? and how do you stop from the user account
associating your hotmail address with it, i.e. - "3 unread mail messages"?

Hi Dan,

how do you delete a user account?

Logon as administrator or with admin-level priviledges and you can do this
from the Users applet in the Control Panel.

and how do you stop from the user account associating your hotmail address
with it, i.e. - "3 unread mail messages"?

To delete a user account, log in using an account (obviously not the one
you want to delete!) that has administrative privileges. Go to the User
Accounts applet in Control Panel and delete the account you no longer
want.

To remove the unread mail messages notice, use TweakUI from the XP Power
Tools. Download that here:
