A software program installed under the Administrator account appears in the
Control Panel/Softwares of another user account(limited account user); but
does not appear in All Programs of this user account.

I want the installed program to be accessible both by the Administrator and
the other user (limited account user). What should I do to correct this
situation?

If this is an application then it must have a shortcut in one of the
subfolders of c:\documents and settings. You need to locate this
shortcut, then move it into c:\documents and settings\all users\desktop.
