user accounts

Hello,
I want to make users press control-alt-delete to log on.
But how come I don't have an "advanced" tab in "user
accounts"? In fact, I don't have any tabs at all! Please
help.

This is a mistake (hold over actually) in Help and Support. Click Start, Run
and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 You'll see the Advanced tab there.
