When starting computer I Click on my user account icon. The loading settings
screen appears. When the settings a loaded all that comes up on the screen
is the Bliss background. No icons or task bar. The only way I can get the
icons and task bar to appear is by using the task manager to log off then re
log in. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Hi Richard,

Run Chkdsk at Boot up. I have this problem and this usually fixes it,
