User Account Icons...

How do I make the User account Icons larger? All other icons are large
enough, but the user account Icons are too darn small. Ditto for the icons
on the right side of the task bar. Too small...

Utilize a larger resolution (800x600 would have larger everything - except
available screen area - than say 1024x768 and so on..) and/or get a larger
monitor for a "best" solution.

Play with the settings under Control Panel --> Display --> Appearance -->
Advanced button.
