The Icons in the User Accounts Tool

I can't see the icons in the User Accounts Tool. They should appear in the
sidebar, but they don't.

I got an error massage saying there were some errors and asking if I wanted
to continue browsing "the site" despite them. I said yes, and the icons in
the User Accounts Tool haven't appeared since. Also, the error message said
the broken file was in the system32 folder.

I'm kind of confused, so if you know what to do to get those darn icons
back, please help me. Thanks in advance.
