USER ACCOUNTS

I went into user accounts to set my password. I noticed another user
account that was limited, enabled and hard a name of ASP. .....
Unfortunately I don't remember the rest becasue I deleted it. Anyone know
what account this was, do I need it?

The account was created when you installed the .net framework optional
update. This is normal and the account can be deleted.
