USER ACCOUNTS GET LOCKED RAMDOMLY

This may be a new virus, I have 100 users and since
saturday 29 november, the user account in AD get blocked
ramdomly, and since that day they still do get blocked.
I have no blocking policy for user accounts.
I have hear from other companies that they are having this
issue in their networks.

Any body knows something about this.

Could you define LOCKED and BLOCKED please? What is
happening exactly?
 
In fact the accounts get disabled, used the term Blocked
and Locked, but the right term is DISABLED.
