Many users gets their account locked out.

Hi!!

Some of our users gets their account locked out several times every week.
The account lockes somethimes even after the user have loggon their
computers. I have domain policy the lockes the account after 5 incorrect
loggons., but I in this case the are not typing the password incorrect. Even
one of the administrators have this problem, suddenly when she works her
account has been locked out..

How can I troubleshot this problem??
