User Accounts-Administrative

I had an administrative account that i deleted after i created a personalized
account. my new account is now the administrator. My problem is now i can
not access my folder containng music i uploaded from another friend's
computer. i uploaded the songs while under the administrative account, but i
thought i was just changing the title not the actual account. how can i
either a) get my administrative account back to access this folder or b) put
it in my shared documents folder so i can access it through my new
personalized administrative account?
