User account

A limited user account has been created with the name
ASP.NET Machine A...and is password protected.
I do not remember to have created such account, I would
like to have some help in understanding what it is about
or if I can delete the account.

The account is automaticly created when you start a .NET
application. If you delete it, it will be recrated a
similar application.
It is ok and nothing to worrie about.
