User Accounts

I recently checked the "Users Accounts" on my computer and discovered an
account named
ASP.NET Machine A... Limited Account Password Protected
This account does not appear on my XP Home Login screen.
I didn't create this account and no one else has had access to the computer
except Geek Squad at Best Buy who replaced a disk drive. Is this an account
they would have created? If not, any ideas how it got there? Is there any
reason to remove it? If so, how would I go about it, since I don't have the
password?

Thanks a lot, this solved the problem. Got rid of the unnecessary login for
a single-user computer.

What is this new user account for? What created it?
