User Account won't open

My daughter has a separate user account on my home PC. She has
administrator-level access. Since 2 days ago she has not been able to access
her account. When she clicks on her account icon on the Welcome screen,
there is an error message that reads,"Windows cannot load the locally stored
profile. Possible causes for this error include insufficient security rights
or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists, contact your local
network administrator." After 30 seconds, this is followed by a message that
reads,"Windows cannot find a local profile and is logging you on with a
temporary profile." She then gets logged on, but her saved documents are not
there. How can her account access be fixed?

Here profile is corrupted. Create a new account, login to it at least once,
then copy the data and settings from the old, corrupted account to the new
one. When that's running satisfactorily, delete the old account.
