User Account Time Out

If I don't click anything for a few minutes, I go back to the user account "picture" screen and am forced to reenter my password. Is there an easy way to increase the time out interval? (I want to keep the password feature).
 
in control panel, go into display setting

on the screensaver tab you can change the timeout time
