Hello,

I want to bypass the useraccount screen in startup. That's the screen that
shows my name and an icon of chess pieces to the left of it. I haven't had
this screen until I had to install .net framwork with visual basic. Thanks
for the help.

start>run and type

control userpasswords2

then you can uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this
computer."

I tried that and it didn't work. Any other options? I am the administrator
and there's no one else I've created an account for. Why do I have to select
my name and wait for my "personal settings" to load?
