user account in control panel

when i click user accounts in control panel nothin
happens. I can click all day and nothing happens. I cant
get into user account options through any other way i can
think of either. If there is any way please help me
 
Hi Jonathan,

you can try it like this. In Start > Run > enter this

control userpasswords2

and click OK.

Another option is to right click on My Computer > Manage > Local Users and
Groups ...

You should check your computer for viruses! They can disable things like
user management.

You can also view user accounts in command line if you type in:

net users

It will list locally defined users.

Try this:

Start | Run | Type: contol userpasswords | OK

and/or...

Start | Run | Type: nusrmgr.cpl | OK
