User Accounts

Please Help? I am trying to set up or at least edit my user accounts and for
some reason when I go to control panel/user accounts and I double click on
the icon nothing ever opens. The timebar comes up like its working on
something but it never opens. Id like to give my computer password protection
at startup, Does anyone have any suggestions?

Search your hard disk for a file called nusrmgr.cpl. You'll likely find
it in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. Double-click on nusrmgr.cpl and
that should bring up the User Accounts control panel applet.

Hi Ted, thanks for the help but the same thing happens, I found the file
exactly where you told me to look but when I double click nothing opens,
again the time bar comes up for a minute but nothing else happens.
