User Account Display Names

I am trying to change a display name for a group of users. Does anybody know
how to do this without running any scripts? I'm not trying to get it to show
up lastname, firstname, I'm trying to change it all together. For example:

First name: John
Last name: Hickey
Display Name: Manager

Take a look at the article from Mark Fugatt at http://www.msexchange.org. I
believe that it is article 23 ( MF023 ). It shows you how to change the
display name using adsiedit ( you would need to install the Support Tools
for this tool to be available ).

I am not sure how you would do this off of the top of my head. I would have
to play with this for a bit.
