user access to downloaded programs

i have three user accounts (limited) and one administrator. when downloading
a program from the administrator account how do i allow access to this
program for all users?

Depending on which program you're referring to but there should be an option
when installing an application "install for all users" and that should give
access to all your other accounts.

an example would be the limewire program i just down loaded....i do not
recall it prompting me for that...
