Sharing Programs Across Users

I have installed programs under my administrative users account. How do I
allow these programs to be accessible to ALL other users of the computer?
Everyone else is an administrator. I would hope I don't have to reinstall
every program under a general account or even worse -- once for each user.

Thanks,
J

The shortcuts were most likely placed into your profile. Try placing
copies of the program(s) shortcuts into the All Users\Desktop folder or
into the All Users\Start Menu\Programs folder.

Thank you terry. A simple copy and paste did it. However, i don't
understand what the purpose of having all the programs in ALL USERS is if
only I can see my program installs. Is there a setting on each person's
profile i needed to change maybe?

Thanks again.

Hi J,

Not many programs ask if the program is to be used by all users or just
one, so the ones that don't just put the shortcuts into the profile in use.

But you should be able to see the program installs in the Program Files
folder.
