User Access errors

As the administrator I have no troubles using Explorer.
When any other users are logged on, they try to open
explorer and get an error message that asks to send an
error report. Why?

Parasites in the accounts?

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
