Usenet Archive search tool? binaries?

Does anyone know where I can find a program that will search archives for
usenet? Or even a website that doesnt charge for searching. I am looking for
something that will search binary groups. Google doesnt post any of those
but old archives from to far back.

Any newsreader that supports XPAT searching, such as Xnews, will allow
you to search group, but you still have to find a new server that has
the binaries you want. Usenet news servers don't retain binaries very
long, especially the free ones. I would be suspicious of the motives of
any that claim to, because it's expensive.
