Use simple file sharing not visible

Simple as that "Use simple file sharing not visible".
Windows XP Home Edition.
I need to turn of simplified sharing. When I go to Folder
Optins, View Tab, Advanced Settings I should be able to
see "Use simple file sharing" option but it is not there.
Do I need to start a service, install smth? (file and
print sharing is enabled)

I think it's only visible if you boot into Safe Mode and log on as the
Administrator.

Toggling Simple File Sharing does not exist in Home. It is Enabled by
default. To access the Security tab, you have to boot XP Home into Safe
Mode and log on as the Administrator.

You *can't* turn it off in Home. All you can do is boot to Safe Mode,
logon as 'Administrator' and work on security settings from that
