Hi,

I frequently insert contacts from Outlook into Word docs using Insert
Address button. Now I have a client on GroupWise who wants to use the Insert
Address button in Word to pull contacts from GroupWise. I know this can be
done because I've seen it, but not sure how. The error message I get when I
try is as follows:

"Extended version mapi version 1.0 to use this feature"

Forgive me if I'm posting to the wrong group, I figured the Outlook techies
would be the right place to go first...

Thank you for your help!

Is outlook configured to use groupwise? Are you using the same version of
outlook and word?

Hi Diane,

I'm using Word 2003 and Outlook 2003 with GroupWise 7. I don't know if
Outlook is configured to use Groupwise or not. Thanks for any help, I've
searched the Internet and found nothing.

here's the Novel GroupWise forum - they should be able to provide help on
how to mailmerge GroupWise to Word:
