USB20 2 IDE Adapter Opinions

Has anyone used this?

I have only one ide channel open on my MB, so I thought this would be a
cool way of making a caddy installed drive even more flexible allowing
it to be used as an external usb 2.0 drive. Or am I wrong? I'm listening.
