my pc is only taking usb 1 and not usb 2 for some reason ,cant seem to get
the drivers updated so it will recognise it,i would be gratefull to any
assistance(medion pc)
 
Do you mean you have 2 usb port ??? And only one of the 2 ports are working
??

If your computer has USB 1.x ports, you require a hardware change to get USB
2 ports. Changing drivers is not sufficient.
If you have a desktop with empty PCI slots, you can add a USB multi-port PCI
card.

If your computer has USB 2 ports and they are not recognized as USB 2,
suggest you start by checking Device Manager for problems with the enhanced
USB controller.
