USB2 Driver

I have recently purchased a Logitech 350 Headset and mic. It is plug and play
and and when i plug in it goes thru the windows search option then brings up
PCTV USB2 Driver Disk is needed. em/audio.sys
Part of thr software trying to load is PCTV USB2 2821 audio.
On device manager the headset is shown with yellow question mark and there
arent any drivers installed.
I contacted logitech and they told me that the drivers are within XP contact
windows.
I look at windows and cant find anything.
I have installed a belkinUSB 2.0 HiSpeed PCI Card.
I have been at this for 3 days now......Please can anybody HELP?

Try uninstalling the device in device manager and re-installing from add
hardware.

thanks Beb. I have tried that and everything alse. I still get a "files neded
box" on installation. "copy files from
C:/progamfiles/pinnacle/sharedfiles/driver/pctvusb2" Click Ok to find files.
I just get a beep everytime. Ihavent got pinnacle of the emaudio file on muy
computer

it did not come with any installation CD?
hard to believe!!

if it did, insert install cd and run setup!!
