Recently bought a Logitech Headset and Mike. Installation CD not with thr
product as drivers available via windows XP.
I get an error message every time as follows "emAudio.sys file on PCTV USB2
Driver required"
try searching a location in sytem files.

I am unable to find this location. Logitech say they do not provided drivers.
The place where i bought it say the box is open. They tested it on their
computer and it works.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the USB drivers etc etc etc. Nothing wil
work.

Please has anyone got any ideas?

Get your money back or make the store provide a CD.

If it works on one pc then its not defective. It is up to the store if they
would like
to help him out... However I dont agree with your approach
He should find the problem... and solve it.

There are alot of hardware that dont need a driver because it works with the
ones XP has. This is a GOOD thing. Look at flash cards for example.

By the way, why did the OP get a USB headphone and MIC, there are simple
ones that you just plug in to the sound card.

See if the driver is located here C:\Windows\system32\drivers\emAudio.sys
