Ok first of all ...the headset just stopped working yesterday April 18 2009
...yet i bought it in december and it never failed to work before...now i get
a "Hardware device not recognized" and it seems as if the computer won't let
the headset get some energy because theres not even the red light on the
microphone, i have other logitech products Logitech X-530 5.1ch Home Theatre,
Logitech Momo Racing Wheel, i tried my saitek gamepad ...they work perfectly
.....i searched for solutions on the internet but none of them work exactly,
can i get some assistance please?

1. Find out whether the problem is in the headset or your
PC. Plug the headset into a different PC and see what happens.
2. If the headset works OK, the problem is in your PC and
you must find out whether it is hardware (e.g. USB wiring or
motherboard) or software (drivers) e.g. by testing all
available USB sockets.

Post test results here.
