USB speakers

I recently bought usb powered speakers (Divoom Morro 220) for my laptop. My
laptob is Vista home basic based (with update 1). My problem is that no
speaker, (usb powered or other types of power speakers), wants to work. No
sound comes through. Is there anyone who had experienced this kind of problem
or have a solution for the problem?

Thank you

Do you have any sound at all? Or, are you saying that you have sound through
the built-in speakers, but no add-on speakers work?

or earfone or microfone want to work.

Try this as a shot in the dark. I can't try it, as I don't have any USB
speakers here.
With your USB speakers plugged in, open Control Panel, then select Sound.
When the Sound dialog appears click the Playback tab.
Are the USB speakers listed under playback devices? If so, try selecting
them as the default playback device. If they are not listed, they are not
being recognized, and you should consider contacting the manufacturer
technical support to see if they have a solution.

working perfect! Thank you very much!!!
