USB Problem

I am having problems with the USB driver loading on
startup. I read where Microsoft has some kind of patch or
fix for it, but I can't find it on their download site.
Apparently this is a known Win2K problem, but they haven't
advertised it very well. I have a printer hooked to one
USB and a camera to the other. Have problems with both.

Can someone help?
