USB printing support install fail - HELP

Hi,
I am trying to install a Lexmark Z13 USB printer. When I
plug in the USB cable, windows prompts me to install the
USB printing support driver. It then displays an error
message that the data file is wrong. No matter what USB
device I try to install, windows cannot install the device
driver. What am I doing wrong? Can someone help me?
