USB printer

I have a user who connects in from home to one of my
terminal servers (Windows 2000 using RDP). He cannot
print on his computer at home. I know the drivers are
correct at his house and on the Terminal Server. I have
heard that Terminal server has problems printing to a USB
printer. Is that true and if so would it resolve the
issue if I set up his computer at home with a parallel
connection????

Is this a bidirectional printer such as an all-in-one? If
so, it may be using a DOT4 port rather than LPT. I had
this issue recently and we solved it by having the user
install the printer again, but this time didn't choose the
bi-directional features and it then made it an LPT1.
