USB Ports Unresponsive

I recently re-partitioned/formated my HD in order to do a dual install of
WinXP & RedHat Linux. After I got both OS's installed my USB devices work
fine in Linux, however, any USB devices (my keyboard & mouse, namely) are
unresponsive in Windows.

I've tried plugging them into different USB ports, I've tried reinstalling
the drivers for my motherboard, nothing works. Can someone please point me
in the right direction, or give me any pointers if they have any idea what
would be causing this? Thanks.
