USB Ports Not Working

All my USB ports and the USB slots adapter on my computer have stop working.
I am using Win XP. Everything else on my computer is working ok. Do i need
to turn something on? Thanks

You might have disabled the USb function in system BIOS setup.Check USB
function settings in system BIOS.
