USB Ports not functioning

Guest

I have a Sony Vaio DSC-610 and the USB ports stopped recognizing any device.

Although I do get power of these ports on the devices they do not
function/recognize at all.

I have tried unistalling and re-installing the USB controllers but that did
not fix anything.

HELP Please !!!!

I have a Dell with WindowsXP SP2 and am having the same problem as Jasun1.
I too have tried everything in "310575" to no avail. Fortunately I have an
old serial port mouse I can use. If anyone can help, that would be great.
Thanks!
