Help! How do I back up my pc when all the USB ports and the DVD and CD drives are not recognised. I get a message saying to insert the relevant item (USB or disk) when it is already there.
I urgently need to save important documents and digital pictures so they can be uploaded onto my new computer.
How can I do this if I can't plug anything in?
