Usb pen drive..Problem

Has become an"unknown device".Anyway to recover the files pls?
Yesterday it was ok but now has become corrupted.

A System Restore will do but with XP you shouldn't need to bother because it
should just work fine anyway.

Try it on another machine first and make sure it hasn't become corrupted and
in need of formatting.
