USB not working

All 6 of my USB ports have stopped working. Device manager reports all
healthy and have proper driver. I have done a reformat and a clean install
and nothing works. When I plug in a USB device (such as a wireless mouse or
thumb drive) the computer freezes.

Any suggestions?

I think you are going to have to investigate damaged hardware. If this
happens with nothing in the USB ports during clean setup, it's going to be
the ports themselves. I would try a Repair setup with only a PS/2 keyboard.
(boot cd, press enter, accept repair offered AFTER EULA agreement.)
