Hi

I recently bought a Microsoft basic optical mouse. It
works fine, but I'm having problems described in this
following knowledge base article....

826367 - Shutting Down Computer Takes Extra Time When HID
Devices Are Connected.

Is there any easy way of getting hold of the Hot Fix?
