USB key booting with XPeSP2FeaturePack2007

I have tested 5 USB keys on 2 motherboards and got the some results.
Every time I got a blue screen with 7b error.
But I can boot and run FBA in the following way:

1.Follow the procedure in FeaturePack2007 :rename the USBNTD.CHK tool
to NTDETECT.COM and put it on root of USB key.

2.When the tool displays failure reasons and prompts the user to ignore
and retry ,choose retry.

3. Upon retry, the tool enumerates the boot disk found on the system.
Now press enter and the FBA begin.

I have to press "y" and "enter" every boot. So this is not a good
solution.

Does anybody have a better solution to boot XPe from the USB key?

What is the reason for not booting as the tool displays it? Usually it's a
BIOS issue - that's the reason we actually came out with this tool. We can
potentially work around these issues (and as you have experienced the chk
version does end up booting eventually) but since this is really a BIOS bug
it needs to get fixed by the BIOS vendor - the chk version is just masking
the real problem.
Thanks,
Oren
