USB Jump Drive not Accessible

XP on Pentium III/600 MHz: Cannot access USB Jump Drive. Autoplay is enabled and USB scanner works fine. Have switched between two available ports and still not working. Drive is recognized and appears when shutting off to remove. Any ideas?
 
Have you tried going to their site and see if they have a driver which you
can manually load into XP. Also have you tried rebooting your system to
make sure it works.
