Hi,

I have windows xp sp3 with intel d845gvsr + pentium 4 -2.4ghz- dats
primitive, I know.

But my problem is that Whenever I plug my Kingston 4gb or Kingston 128mb
USB drive in its usb ports, It says that It is a Unknown Device and
Winodws just refuses to detect it as usb drive.
But few days ago it was alright and my usb drives were working.
I have minimal set software installed on this pc cuz it is my work pc.
Besides these same USB drives work fine on other system.

What is the problem cuz I dont have any other usb devices installed
which might interfere with usb drives.

Plz help me in this regard.

Waiting in Positive expectation.

Oc9ine.

Try disconnecting USB devices then rt click MyComputer>select
Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>USB Controllers.
Expand and rt click on each entry and choose Uninstall. Then restart
and let WinXP reinstall the controllers. Also check site
