USB Issue

I have a Panasonic FZ10 Digital Camera. When I first plugged the camera in
to the USB port a driver was installed and an icon displayed in My Computer.
So far, so good.

Yesterday I plugged the camera in as usual, except this time I was presented
with a "Found New Hardware" in the systray. It then asked for the location
of the driver. Per Panasonic this camera XP is supposed to recognize the
hardware and install the correct driver.

I did notice when it was working right there was a "mass storage device"
under the USB section of the device manager. Now in the device manager,
there is a question mark next to a entry labeled unknown device and under
that is the camera FZ10.

Any help appreciated.

I have a 12" cable from my USB port to my camera. If I unplug the camera only I never
get the found new hardware message. :)
