USB Error

I'm running Win 2K on a Epox EP-8RDA+ motherboard and the
USB ports have stopped working. When you look in the
devise manager it shows a error on the USB Controller.
I've tried updating the USB driver and reinstalling the
motherboard drivers but it doesn't make any differance.
Any ideas?

in the device manager delete all references to usb and re
boot to allow ports to be found again - many a fault with
the MB
