USB Drive

Dear All,
I have a USB flash disk conecting to my Windows XP computer.
My problem is that when loging on as administrator, I can see the drive, but
when another userlog on, he can't see it unless an administrator change the
USB drive letter becasue we are using a login script that uses drive (F) as a
mapped network drive and the USB takes the same USB drive letter.
How can I change the USB drive letter and keep it (lets say drive Z)???
