USB devices won't work.

Out of nowhere none of my USB devices work on my XP laptop. From a mouse,
flash drive, printer all of them cause my computer to freeze and no mouse or
key inputs work. What can I do to fix this?

System Restore to a date prior to when this started.
 
How do I do a system restore to a previous date? I don't have the original
cds anymore

Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore
 
I tried doing it from multiple dates (all before it started to happen) and
the same thing occurs

Go to device manager and uninstall your USB hubs and reboot and see what
happens.
