USB Device/trying to install Printer

Just curious, but are you both using W2k SP3 or SP4? I
have been having and hearing about similar problems, can't
find an answer myself... All seem to be with SP3 and
(mostly) SP4.

At the time, I was running SP2. In my case it was strictly operator error.
When I followed the installation instructions exactly, it installed with out
a problem.
