Right click your clock, left click Properties. When the Taskbar and Start
Menu Properties box opens, look for: Hide Inactive Icons, and click the
Customize button to the right. When the Customize Notifications box opens,
scroll down to the entry that you're referring to, click on it to highlight
it, and to the right a drop down menu will appear. Click the down pointing
arrow and then click on the entry: Always Show. Then click the OK button,
and click the APPLY and OK buttons on the remaining box.
